JIC Venture Growth Investments (VGI) has acquired the shares in KYC Consulting Corporation (KYCC), through its JIC Venture Growth Fund 2 (VGF2).

KYCC is a cutting-edge Reg Tech company with a mission of “making KYC a social infrastructure and realize sound economic transactions” and provides “Risk Analyze”, a web-based compliance check tool and “Solomon”, a sophisticated risk information retrieval systemto companies.

It is essential for companies to take some measures to eliminate antisocial forces and Anti Money Laundering/ Countering the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) according to the size and type of their business in order to fulfill their social responsibilities and to conduct their business soundly. The need for each company to conduct compliance checks of its business stakeholders is increasing, but conducting compliance checks at high frequency can be time-consuming and costly for companies.
