JIC Venture Growth Investments (VGI) has acquired the shares in IVRy, Inc. (IVRy), through its JIC Venture Growth Fund 2.

IVRy is a startup that provides “IVRy”, a conversational voice AI SaaS, under the mission of “Delivering the best technology to every person and business.” “IVRy” is a service that allows anyone to easily create custom phone systems, offering flexible call flow configuration and a rich suite of features such as AI-powered auto-response, reservation handling, call recording, transcription, and AI summarization. Moreover, IVRy provides solutions that enable companies to utilize “conversational data” — unstructured data generated through these interactions — as valuable business assets.

The significance of this investment lies in improving productivity through the digital transformation (DX) of corporate communication and operational efficiency.
