Tomoyuki joined EY ShinNihon LLC in 2017, where he spent approximately six years conducting statutory audits and supporting IPO readiness across a broad range of industries, including wholesale and ICT. Through this experience, he developed expertise in financial reporting, internal controls, and corporate governance. He later joined a startup as a core member, leading the build-out of back-office functions as well as fundraising and capital strategy initiatives. In 2025, he studied at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIM Bangalore). Inspired by the dynamism of growth markets, he became strongly committed to supporting startup growth and contributing to the creation of new industries in Japan, which led him to join VGI in May 2026.
