Masaaki joined VGI in 2025. Prior to joining VGI, He was supporting research and development for startups at NEDO in 2021. During his assignment at Cabinet Office in 2019, He was responsible for selecting cities that serve as hubs for the startup ecosystem and is engaged in the development of startup ecosystem that competes globally.
